Steph Curry joins hands with Crypto Exchange FTX as a brand ambassador and shareholder


Crypto exchange FTX has announced a long-term partnership with NBA Player Steph Curry. The basketball player will lend his star power to the firm.
Three-time NBA champion, two-time NBA Most Valuable
Player, Most Precious Participant, philanthropist and entrepreneur, Stephen
Curry turns into a Global ambassador and shareholder of FTX. In addition, the
Stephen and Ayesha Curry's foundation, Eat.Learn.Play will associate with the
cryptocurrency firm on charitable initiatives.
Stephen Curry said, "I'm excited to partner with a
company that demystifies the crypto space and eliminates the intimidation
factor for first-time users."
He adds, "FTX is like-minded when it comes to giving
back to the community in meaningful ways and I can't wait to see what we can
achieve together."
Stephen Curry is a high-profile basketball player for the
Golden State Warriors, who is the latest to partner with FTX, joining the likes
of Tom Brady and Trevor Lawrence. His role as a global ambassador will further
advance the company's position as the trusted marketplace to buy, sell and
trade digital assets and expand the brand reach of FTX to new enthusiasts
around the world through several upcoming promotional activities.
The partnership will also benefit Eat.Learn.Play, the
foundation started by Curry's to promote the fight against childhood hunger,
safe places for children to be active, and access to quality education.
According to the release, the foundation has provided nutritious meals to over
17 million Oakland kids and families affected by the pandemic.
