UK's charity for children got donations of $100,000 in cryptocurrency in over 12 months


Children’s Heart Unit Fund (CHUF) which is a known UK charity has received donations of $100,000 in cryptocurrency within last 12 months. Located in Newcastle upon Tyne, this charity was able to get donations in Bitcoin. On July 3, the Data acquired from the charity organization clearly states that donation has been made by Dan Bainbridge, Hope Token and MoonBys.
About Children’s Heart Unit Fund:
After the Children’s Heart Unit Fund received a one-off donation which was more than £70,000, it has now become one of the biggest donations of crypto that UL charity has received. CHUF is operated by Tyne in Newcastle.

This is one of those known charities in the United Kingdom that accepts donations in bitcoin and crypto. It is also known to be one of the leading one making its way in the fundraising through cryptocurrency.
As per the statement that organization officially released, it was noted that at least £100,000 (or $137,560) donations in the form of crypto was received in just a year.
Charlotte Campbell, Head of Fundraising for CHUF said, “As a small charity you have to be brave when it comes to fundraising, now more than ever. After a lot of research, we decided to partner with The Giving Block, a platform which allows us to accept cryptocurrency donations safely and easily.
