Fujitsu, a Japanese technology leader, which is also one of the major IT service providers in the world has applied to register a trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. This step is taken to cover a varied range of cryptocurrency-related goods and services. The largest provider of IT services in Japan is Fujitsu.
According to an application filed by Fujitsu with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (serial number 97842911) recently, the company offers "financial management of crypto assets, financial exchange of crypto assets, and financial broker services for cryptocurrency trading, among other things.
Fujitsu announced the launch of its "Fujitsu Web3 Acceleration Platform" last month, which offers "a development environment and various APIs based on blockchain and high-performance computing technologies."
Fidelity Investments, HSBC, Visa, Paypal, Western Union, Formula One, Ford, Ebay, and Facebook owner Meta are just some of the companies that have filed trademark applications covering a wide variety of crypto products and services, as well as NFTs and the metaverse.
