Blockchain.com Inks its First Ever Cryptocurrency Partnership with an NFL team

On April 13, Blockchain.com announced at a press
conference at the Cowboys HQ at The Star in Frisco, that it inked a deal with
the NFL's Dallas Cowboys as the team’s one and only digital asset partner,
making it the first cryptocurrency exchange firm to net a partnership with a
National Football League group.
Blockchain.com intends to get huge exposure to
the NFL's crowd with this deal. As per the deal, the Blockchain.com promoting deal
will incorporate major branding and advertising valuable chances for the crypto
trade, including club space at the Cowboys' AT&T Stadium in Arlington,
Texas, multi-stage advertising, and signage inside the arena's bowl.
“When you have a chance to really delve into the
kind of future that you have in the digital world, I wanted the Dallas Cowboys
to be a part of that future in any and every way we could,” Cowboys owner,
president, and general manager, Jerry Jones said in a statement on Wednesday.
Smith made
sense that the firm picked the Cowboys given the team’s heritage status and
Cowboys fans will get some crypto advantages. Cowpokes fans will be able to win
prizes and "exclusive experiences."
“Over the course of our long-term partnership,
our goal is to partner with the Dallas Cowboys on helping the world to understand
cryptocurrency,” Blockchain.com’s CEO & Co-founder, Peter Smith said during
the announcement.
The joint venture was made conceivable by a new
NFL rule change, as the league purportedly told teams in March that it would
permit them to sign partnerships with blockchain-related organizations. Be that
as it may, teams are as yet precluded from promoting particular digital
currencies or tokens.
The Cowboys and the crypto trade will cooperate to foster exclusive fan encounters accessible through the Blockchain.com Wallet application, for example, VIP outings to Cowboys away games and valuable chances to meet Cowboys players. They will likewise co-create an "educational summit" to show group fans about cryptocurrency, the organizations expressed in the press release.
