On February 10, Everyrealm, a metaverse firm closed a significant  $60 million Series A financing round, led by Andreessen Horowitz, and some of the individual investors in the platform include music stars like Nas, Gunna, Baby Keem, Gene Simmons, and Lil Baby.

The firm (rebranded from Republic Realm), which depicts itself as "one of the most active investors in and developers of the metaverse ecosystem", led by CEO Janine Yorio was helped to co-founded by TJ Kawamura, Julia Schwartz, Jesse Stein, and Kostas Ketikidis, and the organization expresses that this investment marks one of the biggest Series A rounds for an organization led by a female CEO.

Yorio stated, “Everyrealm is developing this interactive content across many genres, including sports, education, fashion, gaming, art, and social experiences–all designed to draw users to the metaverse.”

Everyrealm invests in and creates virtual land plots in NFT-based metaverse game universes. For instance, the organization spent a record $4.3 million on a plot of land in The Sandbox in November, and it additionally holds land in metaverse games like Decentraland and Somnium Space.

Established in 2021, Everyrealm says that it has real estate holdings in 25 metaverse platforms and that it has grown more than 100 metaverse real-estate projects. It likewise possesses over 3,000 NFTs and has put invested in 25 distinct e-gaming universes.

Everyrealm's metaverse real estate development projects incorporate Fantasy Islands, an "ultra-luxury master-planned community" within the Sandbox platform, which sold a related NFT megayacht for 150 ETH (roughly $650,000).
