In the state of New Jersey, Binance has filed a case against Forbes Media and two of its journalists named Jason Brett and Michael Del Castillo.

Also, the leaked document disclosed the scheme of Binance to dodge bitcoin regulators was traducing. Both compensatory as well as punitive are claimed by Binance.

On October 29, an article was published on the Forbes website, reportedly that article contained information regarding a scheme formulated deliberately to deceive regulators in the US.

In accordance with the Forbes, the document outlined a plan to move revenue from a U.S. company back to the Binance while safeguarding the entity from U.S. administration.

According to the Binance, the complaint which was filed on Wednesday with the District Court of New Jersey, U.S. was about various untrue, misleading and traducing statements about Binance contained in an article published under the head “ Leaked Tai Chi document” which are not acceptable.
